At Big Jon’s Beard Care, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we accept returns only on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible for Return:

• Unopened and unused items in their original packaging
• Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
• Incorrect items received

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened, used, or tampered products (for hygiene reasons)
• Clearance or sale items (final sale)
• Gift cards and promotional items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at shop@bigjonscbd.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Get Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
3. Ship Your Return:
   • Securely package the item(s) and include your order number and RAN inside.
   • Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
4. Processing & Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

• Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
• Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
