Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free Shipping: Available for orders $99 or more (before taxes and after discounts). Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only.

Expedited and Priority Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer faster shipping options at an additional cost.

Shipping Restrictions & Additional Information

• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: USPS shipping allows us to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military APO, and FPO addresses.
• Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Big Jon’s Beard Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
